How to issue a partial refund without cancelling a booking

Issuing a partial refund is the right tool when a guest had a minor problem but still completed the stay. The booking stays confirmed, the calendar stays blocked, and the guest gets money back without a full cancellation.
Step by step
- Open the booking from Bookings → All.
- Click Issue refund in the right rail.
- Choose an amount (max = paid total).
- Add a short reason. Guests see this.
- Submit. Paystack settles within 5–10 business days.
